Participants will cover the core competencies that are the foundation for success, as they learn the importance of professionalism, methods to build trust, demonstrate commitment, adhere to the standards of ethics, and learn techniques to communicate effectively. Participants will seek ways to improve themselves, others and their organization through knowledge sharing, mentoring and coaching.
